Like many existing homes, room divisions and floor plans do not match the way people like to live today. The owners of this semi-detached home love to cook and entertain, but most importantly they want to feel connected with their growing family throughout the common areas of their home. We focused on zones and activities, and reclaimed divided space while not losing the feeling of living in a house. The natural sense of calm from the outdoors was encouraged to bring the same feeling to the opened spaces indoors. 2300sqft GFA. (total: 3250sqft)
